Florence was born in Pennsylvania. She moved to Florida as a single, divorced, mom to live with her older sister and raise her son. As a single parent it was important to her that her son complete his education. After he graduated, he joined the Navy, married, and has 2 children. Florence is an essential worker as a custodian at the Brevard County Schools in Viera.
She’s so excited to fulfill her dream of being a homeowner and have her son’s family over to visit.
